Disposable Syringe & Needle

Disposable plastic syringe is made under the strictest quality control, involving asepsis, attraction, leakage and ph of water extract testing, etc.

Material

• Polypropylene has excellent transparency, which not only enables clear observation of medicine injection and blood extraction but also allows smooth plunger movement.

Needle

• A special adhesive is used for adhering the needle to the hub. Only products that have passed the extraction test after adherence are supplied.
  Needles, which are elaborately ground for sharpness without being bent or subjected to ferrous dust, minimize injection discomfort and blood vessel damage. Needle gauge is easily identified as hub is color-coded.

Sterilization

• Sterilization by ethylene oxide gas guarantees safe use. Syringes are shipped after test measurements are recorded, and values chemical indicator identification and biological testing are carried our lot by lot. Sterilization remains effective for 3 years from the date of manufacture.

Caution

• Use only once immediately after unpacking.
  Do not use if the package has been damaged.
